Brenda Godinez has ten years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources. She is passionate about supporting and serving nonprofits. Primarily practicing HR for a non-profit, her expertise also expands to working in other industries such as healthcare, government, and e-commerce. She is an accomplished Human Resources professional with experience driving people outcomes, leading cultural shifts, and influencing key decisions on HR strategic initiatives. Her expertise is in both operational and strategic HR practices. She is an expert at creating and building Human Resources functions and teams.

She is a daughter of immigrants and a first-generation college graduate. She holds an MBA with a concentration in Leadership and Managing Organizational Change from Pepperdine University and a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis on Human Resources Management from Cal State Long Beach.

She currently resides in southern orange county. She enjoys photography, traveling, and spending time with her family.
