She has a career trajectory operating across industries to promote cross-sector collaborations that drive sustainable positive social impact. She has worked to advance systemic change to deliver effective programming in mental health, education, juvenile justice, foster care, law enforcement, adult learning, policy, and with small businesses. She is a social entrepreneur who believes in building fiscally responsible and ethical organizations that are culturally responsive.

Claudia is an immigrant, first-generation college graduate with degrees in Psychology and Business from the University of Southern California. She also has a certificate in Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) from Deloitte.

Claudia lives in Montebello, CA and is an avid enthusiast of the culinary arts, always exploring new finds in food innovation.
