  • Nikki turned her passion for community and collaboration into a meaningful career through direct service to the people of Los Angeles. Her education and background began in Clinical Psychology and Social Service where she has worked with some of the most recognized and respected agencies, grassroots organizations, and local government as a change-maker, collaborator, and leader in service to action oriented programs. Operating with a social conscience lens and a desire for results driven systems, Nikki developed her own youth development program within the East LA community.

With the belief that the catalyst to progress and action lies within the partnering of dynamic, efficient systems and organic connection to people, she has the unique speciality of being able to offer operational and functional navigation to organizations looking to enhance their community connectedness and engagement.

Nikki is a second generation Mexican-American, first generation college graduate, and native Spanish speaker- thanks to her Grandparents. Alongside her husband, Erik, she is “Mama” to her daughter Emerson Rae and Labradoodle, Piper Mae. With Eaton Canyon as their front yard, they call Altadena home and can often be seen shuffling between preschool, dance, soccer, the pool, and gymnastics…likely with a coffee in hand.
