Vanessa holds over 15 years of in depth Human Resources experience in working with small to large scale organizations. Her background includes compensation analysis, benefits and leave management, policy and handbook creation, ensuring compliance with regulations, manager coaching, systems integrations, and recruiting to name a few. Throughout her career she has been a trusted strategic partner to various organizations; leading manager and employee training, performance review process, on/off boarding and assessing staff needs. She is passionate about being a resource to others and this field surely lends itself to do that.

Vanessa was a long time resident of San Francisco and has recently made her way back to her roots in Los Angeles where she is hungry to be part of creating positive change in the community.

She is a college graduate with a degree from California State University of San Francisco in Speech Communications.

A perfect weekend includes hiking, cooking, spending time with family and lounging at home with her two kitties.
