Iquo began her career at a communications firm helping influential global health clients raise awareness of critical health issues. Driven to combine her passion for social change and the arts, she earned her MFA in film and has served a range of nonprofit and corporate clients. Iquo is the former Communications and Marketing Director of Culture Project, Content & Marketing Director of Opportunity Lab, and Strategy Consultant for Public Equity Group. She’s the founder of Crowdfund Your Dream, an online course and consultancy that helps women- and BIPOC-owned organizations fund their dreams, leaning in to their culture factor and the communities they serve.

The daughter of Nigerian immigrants, she received her B.S. in biology from Stanford and MFA in film from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. Her films have screened in 15 countries around the globe.

Iquo lives in Brooklyn, NY, and loves music, dance, movies, and writing her memoirs.
