Board of Directors Development

Adelante Partners has helped several nonprofit Board of Directors in a variety of ways. With one board, we have helped to redesign their nominations process, committee structure, read financial statements, and we have helped the board to be more engaged. This resulted in a better experience for board members who felt more engaged, and because of this, they helped the organization to raise more funds than they ever had. The Board also adopted their first-ever “give/get” policy.
