Fundraising & Development Plans

We have helped nonprofits re-think their fundraising and development plans. With one nonprofit, we gave them the tools to re-engage their past funders in a new and creative way. That resulted in all of those donors agreeing to renew their grants at their prior amounts or higher. We helped another nonprofit to think more broadly about their development plan, and they now have a plan for inreased sustainability with an approach that is much more organic - and less forced - for their organization.

The Adelante Partners team have helped nonprofit organizations to raise nearly $120 million. James Alva, President, has worked in philanthropy for a number of years, and he is the Immediate Past Board Chair of So Cal Grantmakers, which is the second largest philanthropic membership association in the United States. In addition, James is one of the national facilitator’s with Georgetown University’s program that helps nonprofits develop plans to raise funding. He has built an extensive network in philanthropy.
